2025-26 Regional Finals Event Information

We’re excited to announce the 2025-26 Virtual US Regional Finals! Taking place in early December, register starting October 1st to compete for the title of State Champion and to earn your spot at the 2026 US National Finals!

 

How Does it Work?

Teams will submit Project Elements for virtual judging by December 3rd by mailing in a car for racing and digitally submitting Portfolios, Drawings and Verbal Presentation by 11:00pm EST. 

The Racing Session and Awards Ceremony will premiere on Saturday afternoon, December 13th to annouce winners! No interviews will take place.

The Regional Finals are qualifiers for the 2026 National Finals and an opportunity to gain judges' feedback and prepare your team for future competitions. Get ready to race and register today!

Cost to Enter

Each team pays $275 USD to register for competition.

How to Register

Registration is completed in TWO steps -

  • STEP 1 - Completed on our website where your team submits team name, members information, lead adult information, and payment (or requests an invoice).

  • STEP 2 - Completed via a Google Form to upload a copy of your Team Logo and Team Photo. This can be completed directly after STEP 1 or anytime afterwards before November 8th at 11:59pm. The link is emailed to you after completed STEP 1.

  

Teams across the US register for ONE Regional Finals based off their home state:

Western: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY

Central: AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, OK, TN, TX, WI

Eastern: CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV
