We are excited to see you at the competition! If you are able to access this page, you have successfully completed Step 1! Below is a schedule of important dates to keep in mind while you prepare for competition, and forms/templates that will be helpful. This is your “one-stop spot” for all Competition Information!

Important Dates & Deadlines

Nov 2 - Last Suggested Day to Order from Race2Learn
- Materials to arrive by Nov. 13 if you order on Nov. 2
Nov 6 – Registration Closes
- Step 2 Due (via https://forms.gle/CxMNzuude87F3fPMA)
- Payment Due (if paying via Invoice, see Manage My Account > History)
Nov 18 – “What to Expect at Regional Finals” Informational Session on Zoom (@7:30pm EST)
Nov 25 – Cars recieved on or by Dec 3rd (see Car Submission Checklist below)
Dec 2 – Digital Submission of Project Elements by 11:00pm EST (link to be added here)
Dec 12 – Racing Session Broadcast and Awards Ceremony

Team IDs

Team IDs for Regionals are randomly generated and used to quickly identify your team by the event staff and judges. Please include this ID on ALL correspondence that you have with our team (INCLUDING ON ALL EMAILS) to help us quickly identify your team. This ID will also be needed for document and car submission. TEAM IDs will be generated and distributed after registration closes.

Clarification - Halo/Helmet Downloads

It has been highlighted by a team that there is a typo in the dimensions shown on the helmet in T4.5 in the Technical Regulations. Please use the Team Portal models for your parts for Regionals without modification (with the helmet dowel/hole measuring 5mm).
