National Finals Information
We are excited to see you at the competition! If you are able to access this page, you have successfully completed Step 1! Below is a schedule of important dates to keep in mind while you prepare for competition, and forms/templates that will be helpful. This is your “one-stop spot” for all Competition Information!
Important Dates & Deadlines
Feb 6 – Registration Closes

Payment due via digital invoice or check
Mar 6 – Multiple Deadlines:
Last day to book Hotel rooms (https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/stem-racing-usa-national-finals/)
Recommended last day to order consumables from Race2Learn (expected to arrive by Mar. 16th)

Mar 31 – “What to Expect at Nationals” Informational Session on Zoom (@7:30pm EST)

Hotel Booking Information
We are excited to welcome all teams and team guests to the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel and conference center. All teams and accompanying guests are required to stay at the official competition hotel and arrive no later than April 12th and depart no earlier than April 15th , 2025. Teams should book hotel rooms by March 6th! If you have questions, please reach out!
Arrival and Booking Survey
Once you book your hotel rooms and travel arrangements, please fill out this survey to help us schedule your check in time and coordinate with the hotel shuttle to ensure it is available for you.

Team IDs
Team IDs for Nationals are DIFFERENT than the IDs you were assigned for the Regional Finals. Please include this ID on ALL correspondence that you have with our team (INCLUDING ON ALL EMAILS) to help us quickly identify your team.
Team IDs will be released after Late Registration Closes on Feb 13th
Pit Display Supplimental Information Documents
Please carefully review the dimensions and power requirements for the displays. Where any dimensions differ from the competition regulations, this supplimental document will take presidence.

Remind 101 Sign Up -
Remind is a messaging service designed for teachers and students where you can receive messages from us without sharing your phone number. At Nationals, we will use this service on-site to send schedule reminders and updates during the event. Leading up to Nationals, we will be using the service in addition to weekly newsletters to provide deadline reminders!
